Plan and support restaurant marketing activities and campaigns, organize events, prepare promotional content, conduct market research, liaise with vendors and stakeholders, monitor budgets and metrics, and assist the marketing manager to increase brand awareness and drive growth.

Lead corporate strategy and market research to drive growth and expansion. Develop and implement strategic and marketing plans, identify new opportunities and partnerships, collaborate with senior management, and monitor performance metrics to ensure objectives are met.

Provide branch accounting support by managing daily accounting tasks in the kitchen, performing basic calculations, maintaining financial order and transparency, and supporting the branch finance team. Must be analytical, well-composed, and able to work on-site at the Itire-Surulere branch.

Provide technical oversight for design, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of commercial cold rooms. Ensure contractors and materials meet quality standards, diagnose and repair refrigeration/HVAC faults, reduce downtime and lifecycle costs, and implement durable engineering solutions across multiple locations.
