Manage store inventory and operations: receive, verify, store and record merchandise; use inventory software; prepare purchase requisitions and reports; coordinate deliveries; maintain records and cleanliness; support procurement to avoid stock-outs.

Provide branch accounting support by managing daily accounting tasks in the kitchen, performing basic calculations, maintaining financial order and transparency, and supporting the branch finance team. Must be analytical, well-composed, and able to work on-site at the Itire-Surulere branch.

Lead development and execution of strategic and marketing plans to drive growth; conduct market and competitor research; identify new opportunities and partnerships; collaborate with senior management and department heads; monitor performance metrics and ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives.
