Provides company-wide technical support by installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners. Sets up user accounts in Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Dynamics NAV, responds to service requests, repairs or replaces equipment, and tests new technology. Requires basic IT experience, an OND in Computer Science, organizational skills, teamwork, deadline management, and willingness to work occasional unsociable hours.
