Teams at The Place for Children with Autism

Leads clinical operations for a center-based autism services team while maintaining a small caseload. Conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, monitors clinical quality and documentation, evaluates behavioral interventions, mentors BCBAs and RBTs, provides BCBA student supervision, and supports parent and staff training.

Supervise up to eight autism therapy clients, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment programs, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt behavior intervention plans. Provide supervision, training, and support to clinical staff and families while fostering a positive care environment. The role requires a master's degree, BCBA certification, management skills, multitasking ability, and strong communication.
