Plan and run therapeutic and recreational activities for memory care residents, assess individual needs, document participation, collaborate with staff and families, ensure safety and stay current on best practices.

Assists the Life Enrichment Coordinator with planning and facilitating activities for senior residents. Engages residents in social, recreational, and therapeutic programs, encourages inclusive participation, prepares activity spaces, documents attendance and responses, and promotes a positive community environment. The role requires compassion, creativity, communication skills, flexibility for varied schedules, teamwork, and basic organization. Previous experience with seniors or recreational therapy is preferred. A background screening is required under Florida law.
