Supports vegetable farm production by inspecting crops, recommending pesticides and fertilizers, supervising soil sampling and field research, maintaining production and regulatory records, and ensuring compliance with food and personnel safety standards. The role assists farm management with daily operations and requires flexibility for physically demanding work, weekends, and holidays.

Supervises vegetable production workers involved in receiving, sorting, preparing, and processing vegetables for freezing. Assigns workstations, directs machine setup, coordinates production flow, adjusts procedures to meet schedules, resolves work issues, maintains records, trains employees, enforces company policies and safety rules, and supports employee discipline. Requires manufacturing supervisory experience, strong communication and people skills, bilingual English/Spanish ability, and availability for rotating shifts.

Provides clerical support to plant management, processes accounts payable documentation and purchase orders, coordinates vendors, maintains office inventory, and supports safety, GMP, and company policies.

Supports financial operations through budgeting, reconciliations, financial reporting, forecasting, journal entries, and analysis. Collaborates with design, brand management, affiliates, and cross-functional teams to increase consumer engagement, awareness, traffic, retention, and advocacy.

Leads revenue management and optimization across Retail and Foodservice business units. Oversees pricing, trade spending, promotional effectiveness, demand forecasting, customer performance analysis, category reviews, private-label bids, KPI development, and S&OP planning. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to maximize revenue, improve trade investment ROI, establish execution standards, and deliver growth recommendations using syndicated market and customer data.

Supervises production employees and shift operations at a frozen vegetable processing facility. Responsibilities include managing production lines, freezers, receiving, staffing, training, performance evaluation, equipment readiness, production records, food safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and employee relations. Coordinates with Quality Assurance and management to resolve operational issues and maintain production standards. The role also participates in emergency response and performs maintenance duties during the off season.
