Responsible for mechanical operations, maintenance, engineering projects, equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, food safety documentation, wastewater coordination, and plant emergency response. Designs preventive maintenance programs, manages machinery repairs and expenditures, evaluates mechanical performance, supports audits, and leads corrective actions. Requires a Mechanical Engineering degree from an ABET-accredited institution and knowledge of refrigeration, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, machine design, and materials.

Processes and monitors customer orders received through EDI, fax, and phone; analyzes inventory for replenishment orders; resolves customer service issues; coordinates with customers, brokers, company personnel, and warehouses; manages invoices, delivery tickets, purchase orders, and order corrections; and helps reduce deductions and service penalties.

Conducts risk-based audits of financial, operational, and corporate processes; evaluates internal controls, documentation, compliance, and transaction approvals; develops audit plans and programs; analyzes large datasets using Access and ACL; prepares audit reports; communicates findings to leadership; recommends corrective actions and process improvements; and supports internal and external audits.

Leads national account sales for a branded frozen vegetables business, managing customer and food broker relationships, trade marketing investments, forecasting, category analytics, merchandising execution, retail performance, and broker development. The role monitors distribution, promotions, pricing, freezer positioning, and market conditions while coordinating with marketing, revenue management, and national accounts teams to achieve sales, profitability, and market-share goals.

Creates marketing collateral, print and digital advertising, product packaging, web designs, and brand-compliant visual materials. Performs packaging mechanical design, maintains revision records, collaborates with internal teams and external agencies, and coordinates with suppliers. The role also supports in-house photography and videography while applying strong Adobe design skills, proofreading, communication, troubleshooting, and copywriting abilities.

Supports the Engineering Department by maintaining project accounting records, archiving project documentation, assisting staff with administrative tasks, and handling additional duties. The role requires strong computer, communication, organizational, accounting, and detail-management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Adobe, photo management, and basic AutoCAD experience are preferred.

Supports plant HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, benefits enrollment, payroll and timekeeping data, HRIS maintenance, I-9 compliance, employee records, and HR communications. Provides clerical support to plant management, processes accounts payable documentation and purchase orders, coordinates vendors, maintains office inventory, and supports safety, GMP, and company policies.

Supports financial operations through budgeting, reconciliations, financial reporting, forecasting, journal entries, and analysis. Prepares audit documentation, fixed-asset reports, property tax returns, and management reports. Partners with departments and auditors to maintain accurate financial records, improve reporting processes, support compliance, and resolve reconciliation items. The role is office-based with limited travel and includes participation in financial close and process-improvement initiatives.

Manages Pictsweet’s digital marketing presence across websites, social media, online retail platforms, and digital campaigns. Develops social and content strategies, creates and optimizes content, coordinates influencer and user-generated content initiatives, supports SEO, manages retailer syndication, and analyzes KPIs to report campaign performance. Collaborates with design, brand management, affiliates, and cross-functional teams to increase consumer engagement, awareness, traffic, retention, and advocacy.

Leads revenue management and optimization across Retail and Foodservice business units. Oversees pricing, trade spending, promotional effectiveness, demand forecasting, customer performance analysis, category reviews, private-label bids, KPI development, and S&OP planning. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to maximize revenue, improve trade investment ROI, establish execution standards, and deliver growth recommendations using syndicated market and customer data.
