The Assistant Digital Producer supports the creation and publication of digital content, manages projects, conducts quality assurance, and documents workflows to ensure research findings are accurately presented.

Lead and manage junior and mid-level data scientists, guide methodological and technical decisions, establish research standards, contribute to AI governance and LLM use, oversee the team's research portfolio and technical toolkit, and represent the team internally and externally.

Lead Pew Research Center's video vision, build workflows and a small production team, oversee projects and freelancers, guide storytelling, scripts, and motion graphics, collaborate with researchers and communications, and use analytics to optimize multi-platform video distribution and impact.

Support communications managers to promote and disseminate Pew Research Center findings through media relations, stakeholder engagement, and events. Coordinate outreach logistics, maintain media/contact lists and editorial calendars, track coverage and impact, identify visibility opportunities, and support special projects. Rotate across research teams and collaborate with digital and audience teams to execute strategic communications.
