Analyze survey and secondary data, create tables and graphics, write reports and public-facing content, ensure quality control, manage project plans and timelines, and engage with internal and external audiences to communicate findings.

Lead and manage junior and mid-level data scientists, guide methodological and technical decisions, establish research standards, contribute to AI governance and LLM use, oversee the team's research portfolio and technical toolkit, and represent the team internally and externally.
