Produces and edits short-form video from concept through delivery, translating research into accurate, engaging visual stories. Responsibilities include scripting, storyboarding, filming, motion graphics, editing, sound mixing, color correction, captioning, platform formatting, production coordination, and performance analysis. The role collaborates with research, design, digital, and audience teams, manages timelines and vendors, supports editorial standards, and applies audience insights to improve video content and distribution.

Lead and manage junior and mid-level data scientists, guide methodological and technical decisions, establish research standards, contribute to AI governance and LLM use, oversee the team's research portfolio and technical toolkit, and represent the team internally and externally.

Design and field surveys, develop questionnaires, analyze survey and secondary data using statistical techniques, create charts/tables, write and present research reports, manage complex research projects and coordinate across teams and vendors.
