Lead and coordinate nursing care on shift: direct nurse aides, administer medications, implement care plans and treatments, transcribe physician orders, document nursing assessments, participate in shift reports, educate staff on policies, maintain infection control and safety, and arrange replacement staff as needed.

Assemble and deliver meal trays, prepare and portion food following standardized recipes, sanitize dishes and equipment, manage and rotate supplies, dispose of refuse per policy, and support cleanliness and food-safety standards while working cooperatively with the care team.
