Teams at The Park in Plano

Provides direct nursing care to residents, administers medications and treatments, implements care plans, documents assessments, transcribes physician orders, leads nurse aides, supports shift communication, educates staff, maintains safety and infection-control standards, and coordinates staffing coverage. Requires an RN or LVN license in good standing, strong assessment and documentation skills, effective communication, organization, attention to detail, and emergency responsiveness.
