Provides customer service, recommends products, processes transactions and promotions through POS systems, supports sales goals, stocks and merchandises products, maintains store cleanliness, and follows company policies. May perform ear piercings after training at select locations. Requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, teamwork, computer proficiency, prolonged standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Lead and manage daily IT operations for corporate and retail locations, overseeing networks, infrastructure, security, outsourced help desk, vendors, cloud services, IT asset lifecycle, DR/BCP, and an on-call rotation while mentoring the IT team and aligning IT strategy with business goals.

Prepare production-ready artwork, collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, and Marketing, manage multiple projects, present concepts, and iterate based on feedback.

Prepare timely and accurate general ledger entries, manage fixed assets and depreciation, support inventory accounting and reconciliations, assist month-end close and financial statement preparation, complete bank reconciliations and treasury tasks, ensure tax and reporting compliance, support audits, and provide ad-hoc financial analysis. On-site presence at corporate office required.
