Perform general accounting operations including AP, fixed assets, lease accounting, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations. Support month-end close, financial statement preparation, treasury operations and bank reconciliations. Ensure compliance with tax and government reporting, maintain fixed asset records and depreciation, and provide ad-hoc financial analysis. Hybrid role requiring regular on-site presence.

Manage full employee lifecycle (onboarding to separation), administer benefits and leave, handle employee relations and ADA accommodations, coordinate with vendors and HRIS, maintain compliance and SOPs, resolve escalated benefits issues, and support process improvements to enhance employee experience.
