Supports corporate business applications and integrations across merchandising, planning, finance, ERP, warehouse, product, and order management systems. Monitors processes, investigates data and integration issues using SQL, coordinates testing and user acceptance, maintains documentation, supports system changes, and translates business needs into system and process improvements. Provides backup support for product data and EDI functions.

Owns the administration, strategy, renewal, open enrollment, compliance, and continuous improvement of multi-location benefits, leave, and wellness programs. Manages brokers, carriers, vendors, HRIS, Payroll, and cross-functional partners; validates eligibility, deductions, billing, and system configurations; leads audits and employee communications; and provides data-informed recommendations to leadership. The role is an individual contributor with manager-level accountability and requires strong benefits expertise, analytical judgment, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.

Processes and pays vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and corporate credit card bills. Performs three-way matching, invoice coding, approval routing, expense auditing, vendor statement reconciliation, banking data verification, and discrepancy resolution. Supports month-end and year-end accounting processes, audits, and process improvements while collaborating with finance teams and vendors. Requires proficiency with Excel, multiple financial software platforms, and regular onsite work in Acton, Massachusetts.

Design original artwork, patterns, graphics, and product concepts across apparel, home decor, gift, tabletop, accessories, and seasonal categories. Develop seasonal collections, mood boards, color palettes, and trend presentations. Prepare production-ready artwork, collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, and Marketing, manage multiple projects, present concepts, and iterate based on feedback.

Greet and assist customers using the G.U.E.S.T. service approach; explain product features, suggest add‑ons, operate POS, process and merchandise product, maintain store cleanliness, participate in training, and perform tasks directed by management. May perform ear piercings after training at select locations.
