Provide excellent customer service using the G.U.E.S.T. approach, operate POS, merchandise and stock product, maintain store cleanliness, support promotions, participate in training, and (at select locations) perform ear piercings after training.

Provide world-class customer service, drive sales, coach associates, maintain merchandising and store standards, perform opening/closing and POS duties, and assist with store operations and training. May perform ear piercings at select locations after training.

Build, maintain, and optimize production ETL pipelines and data models in Snowflake. Ensure data quality, operational visibility, performance, and security. Integrate new sources, support BI needs, automate workflows, document processes, and provide technical guidance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
