Provides customer service and sales support in a specialty retail store while coaching associates, supervising the sales floor, processing returns, maintaining merchandising standards, and completing opening and closing procedures. The role also supports promotions, inventory preparation, POS operations, store cleanliness, customer loyalty, and team development. Some locations may require performing ear piercings after training.

Provides customer service and product guidance in a retail store while achieving sales goals, operating the POS, processing and merchandising products, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting a positive shopping environment. May perform ear piercings after training. Requires flexible scheduling, teamwork, basic computer and POS proficiency, professional presentation, prolonged standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Processes and pays vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and corporate credit card bills. Performs three-way matching, invoice coding, approval routing, expense auditing, vendor statement reconciliation, banking data verification, and discrepancy resolution. Supports month-end and year-end accounting processes, audits, and process improvements while collaborating with finance teams and vendors. Requires proficiency with Excel, multiple financial software platforms, and regular onsite work in Acton, Massachusetts.
