Manage a specialty retail department by leading and developing associates, achieving sales goals, managing payroll, maintaining visual merchandising and operational standards, delivering customer service, executing promotions, and supporting store openings and remodels. The role includes sales-floor leadership, POS and store management functions, training, scheduling, customer loyalty initiatives, and occasional ear piercing after training.

Supervises the sales floor, supports store opening and closing, delivers customer service, achieves sales goals, coaches associates, processes POS transactions and returns, maintains merchandising standards, and supports store operations. The role requires flexible scheduling, customer engagement, product preparation, team leadership, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Provides world-class customer service, achieves sales goals, processes transactions, maintains merchandising standards, stocks and prepares products, recovers and cleans the sales floor, and supports store initiatives. Associates must follow company policies, maintain professional presentation, work flexible schedules, operate POS systems, collaborate with the team, and lift up to 50 pounds. After training, select associates may perform ear piercings according to applicable safety and sanitation guidelines.
