Source and engage passive candidates through cold calling, email, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other channels. Conduct screenings and structured interviews, manage high-volume pipelines in SmartRecruiters, collaborate with hiring teams, write job descriptions and interview templates, and provide candidates with guidance throughout the recruiting process.

Manages and grows an assigned portfolio of technology-services customers, serving as the primary relationship owner. Responsibilities include retention, account planning, business reviews, cross-selling, upselling, territory development, new business prospecting, pipeline management, forecasting, CRM updates, and coordinating customer solutions with internal technical and sales teams. The role requires consultative selling, strong relationship management, and travel throughout the assigned territory.

Manages inbound warehouse operations from dock scheduling through receiving, verification, and put-away readiness. Leads receiving teams, vendor compliance, capacity planning, productivity monitoring, discrepancy resolution, and continuous improvement. Partners cross-functionally to improve inbound flow, reduce congestion and handling, maintain safety and asset protection, and ensure timely product availability. Requires strong operational analytics, leadership, communication, and knowledge of warehouse systems and inventory controls.

Designs and develops semi-trailers and transportation equipment, including new products and improvements to existing designs. Responsibilities include conceptual design, structural analysis using FEA, BOM development, prototype and product testing, manufacturing support, regulatory compliance, vendor coordination, and field-failure analysis. The role also provides technical information for sales, evaluates components, and collaborates with customers, manufacturing teams, and engineering partners.

Supports recruiting, administrative, operations, sales, and marketing activities. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, conducting initial phone screens, documenting candidate information, maintaining applicant tracking systems, managing files and shared documents, assisting with data entry and reporting, supporting client projects, and conducting basic marketing research. The role requires strong organization, professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
