Manage healthcare architecture projects from concept through construction, serving as the primary client and consultant contact. Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, deliverables, design development, project execution, and Revit documentation. The role ensures alignment between design intent, technical requirements, and client objectives while mentoring junior staff and collaborating across project teams.

Manages and grows customer accounts within an assigned territory, focusing on retention, satisfaction, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling. Develops territory growth plans, builds qualified pipelines, pursues new business, conducts account reviews, maintains CRM records, forecasts opportunities, and coordinates with technical and internal teams to deliver technology solutions. Requires at least three years of sales or account management experience, strong relationship-building skills, and travel throughout the territory.

Designs and develops semi-trailers and transportation equipment, including new products and improvements to existing designs. Responsibilities include conceptual design, structural analysis using FEA, BOM development, prototype and product testing, manufacturing support, regulatory compliance, vendor coordination, and field-failure analysis. The role also provides technical information for sales, evaluates components, and collaborates with customers, manufacturing teams, and engineering partners.
