Serve as summer camp staff focused on Christian discipleship: build counselor relationships, lead outdoor activities, care for and mentor campers, share the Gospel, and support well-run program operations. Position includes on-site living, food, and bi-weekly stipend.

Develop and execute legacy giving strategies across the Western U.S.: identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward planned-gift prospects; manage a portfolio, collaborate with advancement teams, track contacts in Salesforce, and travel roughly 50% to engage ministry partners.

Write and manage foundation grant strategy and proposals, research prospects, support field staff with proposal materials and reporting, and assist Advancement leadership. Participate in trainings and organizational processes, complete time tracking and expense reports, and perform other duties as assigned.

Provide high-level administrative, operational, and project support to the Director of Risk Management and department: scheduling, meeting prep, recordkeeping, invoice/expense support, data entry, backup coverage, tracking deadlines, coordinating events and communications, and serving as departmental liaison to staff, vendors, and stakeholders.

Serve one or two years on a college campus sharing Christ, building relationships, discipling students, and serving with a team of Navigator staff. Participate in outreach, spiritual growth activities, and complete a three-phase application process including screening, Personal History Questionnaire, references, and a phone interview.

The internship program aims to develop leadership and business skills through practical experiences, fostering spiritual growth and community development.
