Leads year-round recruiting for Eagle Lake summer staff by developing sourcing partnerships, maintaining candidate pipelines, analyzing recruiting data, and improving application conversion. Manages recruiting team development, alumni engagement, referrals, and ministry partnerships. Represents Eagle Lake at campuses, churches, conferences, and events, while supporting staff spiritual formation and leadership development. The role requires up to 30% travel, flexible summer availability, and personal ministry support fundraising.

Write and manage foundation grant strategy and proposals, research prospects, support field staff with proposal materials and reporting, and assist Advancement leadership. Participate in trainings and organizational processes, complete time tracking and expense reports, and perform other duties as assigned.

Leads Eagle Lake’s overnight camp ministry, serving as the senior on-site decision-maker for camper safety, family experience, spiritual formation, program quality, staffing, facilities, medical and kitchen operations, and accreditation compliance. Builds relationships with families, staff, ministry partners, donors, and alumni; drives camper retention and long-term engagement; oversees curriculum and child development; coordinates staff chapel; monitors performance indicators; and raises personal ministry support.
