Serve as strategic HR partner for the Southern Division, leading recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, workforce planning, HR systems, compliance, and supervising centralized HR staff. Provide guidance on employment law, develop HR policies, support succession and development, and deliver data-driven HR reporting. May travel and work non-standard hours to support multiple time zones.

Serve as a strategic, hands-on HR business partner for the Marketing Division, leading a team of HR professionals to deliver full-lifecycle HR services. Drive talent planning, succession, organizational design, change management, employee relations, and culture initiatives. Partner with senior leaders and Talent Acquisition to align people strategies with business needs, foster inclusion and wellbeing, and ensure compliance with policies and employment laws. Support international programs and travel as required.

The Ecological Forester/Certification Coordinator manages ecological forestry initiatives, oversees FSC certification, and collaborates with partners to restore ecosystems in Georgia and North America, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
