Provide executive-level administrative support to the Indiana Executive Director and Deputy Director and serve as primary liaison to the volunteer Board of Trustees. Coordinate board meetings and committees, manage calendars, travel, expenses, vendor purchases, reporting, onboarding, and logistics. Maintain compliance with policies, support donor scheduling with Development, implement process improvements, and occasionally travel across Indiana and the Midwest.

Manage coordination between field and aquaculture teams for coral restoration in USVI: maintain nursery inventory and databases, support aquaculture and outplanting operations, perform SCUBA fieldwork, analyze data, prepare reports, liaise with partners/permitters/funders, supervise staff, and ensure grant deliverables and compliance.

Lead Michigan's conservation strategy and a large multidisciplinary team; serve as TNC spokesperson; cultivate and solicit high-level donors; manage the Board of Trustees, finance, and staff performance; collaborate regionally to advance Midwest 2030 conservation goals; support policy, visibility, and fundraising campaign objectives.
