Teams at The Nature Conservancy

Lead major-gift fundraising by developing and executing multi-year cultivation and solicitation strategies. Manage a portfolio of 50–85 prospects, conduct frequent donor visits, secure six- and seven-figure gifts (including planned and blended gifts), collaborate across teams, steward trustees and volunteers, ensure compliance with policies, track fundraising metrics, and use the Conservancy's donor database.

Lead community engagement and volunteer programs in the Chicago Southland region, cultivate partnerships, coordinate events and stewardship activities, support communications and education, and manage volunteers and onsite facilities to increase access to nature and advance conservation goals.

Lead and manage prescribed fire operations and stewardship for nature preserves: develop burn and fire management plans, lead burns, train and supervise crews, maintain fitness and qualification records, perform land management tasks (timber sales, restoration, invasive control), coordinate with partners, manage budgets/contracts, conduct monitoring, and support fundraising and grant writing.
