Coordinates GEF and GBFF funding pipelines, proposals, partner engagements, events, research, knowledge management, and cross-functional deliverables. Maintains CRM and project records, tracks deadlines and risks, prepares briefings and communications, supports government and multilateral relationships, and progressively owns defined projects. Requires collaboration across countries, cultures, and time zones, with occasional international travel.

Manages the full lifecycle of Impact Finance & Markets agreements, including intake, drafting, review, negotiation, approvals, execution, amendments, tracking, deliverables, and close-out. Advises staff on contractual requirements, compliance, risks, and process improvements while coordinating with Legal, Finance, Purchasing, Information Security, and Records Management. Maintains records and delegation-of-authority documentation, supports awards management, develops guidance and training, and improves contracting workflows, systems, and reporting.

Leads major-gift fundraising for The Nature Conservancy by managing a 60–100 donor portfolio, cultivating relationships, soliciting gifts, developing multi-year strategies, and securing annual funding of $1.5 million or more. The role develops proposals, budgets, planned-giving opportunities, and donor recognition plans; coordinates cross-functional partners and volunteers; manages projects and budgets; and travels frequently throughout the Chicagoland area and beyond.
