Supervises and schedules recovery support staff, monitors residential clients, documents client behavior, supports treatment-program administration, and assists clinical staff. The role conducts training, operational reviews, compliance and audit activities, inventory management, educational presentations, recreation therapy, limited food preparation, and facility supervision. Supervise and monitor residents in a recovery residential facility, assist clinical staff with charting (Credible), urine specimen collection, client transport, security, crisis de-escalation, clerical tasks, and KDADS/KDOC compliance support.

Supervise and support clients in a residential recovery facility: monitor behavior, oversee urine specimen collection, transport clients to appointments, maintain electronic case records in Credible, assist clinical staff, ensure facility safety, handle crisis de-escalation, and complete related clerical and compliance tasks.

Perform observational and support tasks in a behavioral health setting: attend shifts punctually, observe groups and individual sessions, chart groups, assist with assessments and treatment plans, use EHR and office systems, follow supervisor directives and agency policies, and perform other duties as assigned.

Provide observation and support across group and individual sessions, charting, and assist with assessments and treatment plans. Follow supervisory directives and agency policies, maintain punctuality, perform clerical or custodial tasks as required, use computer/EHR systems, pass background check, and perform occasional physical tasks up to 40 pounds.

Support clinical staff by observing groups and individual sessions, charting, assisting with assessments and treatment plans, performing clerical duties, and following agency policies and safety procedures. Must pass background check and meet basic physical and computer skill requirements.

Provide clerical support and person-centered case management for outpatient and residential clients, including phone and file management, collecting/depositing client fees, documenting services in Credible, delivering peer mentoring, facilitating group/individual sessions, transporting and monitoring clients at community appointments, and assisting with KDADS compliance and administrative duties.

Provide observational support in group and individual sessions, charting, assist with assessments and treatment plans, follow supervisor and agency policies, perform administrative tasks, and support clinical staff. Requires computer/EHR skills, background check, and occasional lifting.

Provide direct supervision and monitoring of residents in a recovery residential facility, assist clinical staff with charting and urinalysis collection, transport clients to appointments, maintain facility security and client records, support KDADS compliance, and assist with client fee collection and crisis de-escalation.
