Perform observational and support tasks in a behavioral health setting: attend shifts punctually, observe groups and individual sessions, chart groups, assist with assessments and treatment plans, use EHR and office systems, follow supervisor directives and agency policies, and perform other duties as assigned.

Supervise and monitor clients at a residential recovery facility, facilitate groups and recreation, observe and document urine specimen collection in Credible/EHR, transport clients to appointments, maintain facility security, assist clinical staff with KDADS compliance and paperwork, collect client fees, and intervene in crises as directed.

Supervise and support residents in a recovery residential facility: monitor behavior and urinalysis, maintain electronic case records in Credible, provide transportation, assist clinical staff, ensure facility security, and support KDADS/KDOC compliance and administrative tasks.
