Requires strong communication, organization, computer, and client-support skills, along with the ability to pass a security background check.

Leads scheduling and supervision of Recovery Support Specialists serving residential clients. Supervises residents, monitors behavior, supports treatment operations, completes documentation and urinalysis paperwork, assists clinical and administrative staff, conducts training and operational reviews, maintains supplies, supports audits, and helps with meals and facility cleanup. Requires flexible scheduling, including weekends and overtime, along with strong communication, organization, computer, and recovery-process awareness.
