Provide attentive customer service and personalized cannabis recommendations, educate guests on product types and safe use, process sales and cash transactions, maintain inventory and store cleanliness, and ensure compliance with Florida cannabis laws and age/purchase limits.

Support finance operations by maintaining accounting records, processing AP/AR and sales transactions, reconciling accounts, assisting month-/year-end close, preparing audit and tax documentation, and improving financial workflows alongside Senior Accountant and Controller.

Owner of the Dutchie platform, implementing security permissions, managing new store integrations and catalog setup. Lead program planning, teams, risk management, quality assurance, and Metrc and Bio-track integrations. Track performance and report program status to the Director of Compliance.
