Responsibilities include checking IDs, ensuring regulatory compliance, processing POS transactions, handling cash, maintaining inventory, stocking shelves, cleaning, and supporting efficient store operations. Success is measured through improved average order value, units per transaction, and daily sales. The role requires no supervisory duties and operates in a fast-paced environment.

Maintains accounting records, processes accounts payable and receivable, records retail and wholesale sales, reconciles bank and credit card statements, supports budgeting, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, audits, tax compliance, and financial systems improvements. Works with the Senior Accountant and Controller in a regulated, fast-paced environment.
