Responsibilities include attendance tracking, daily reports, bed-list management, distributing meals and supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring residents complete chores. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and supports individuals experiencing homelessness.

The Senior Controller leads accounting operations, including general ledger management, financial close, financial statement preparation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, grant reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and internal controls. The role supports the CFO, ensures GAAP and nonprofit regulatory compliance, develops financial policies, mentors accounting staff, and prepares reports for leadership and external stakeholders. Regular visits to multiple programs and external sites may be required.

Supports the CFO in financial leadership, accounting operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audits, compliance, cash management, grants, and board communications. Supervises finance staff and contributes to policies, risk management, and organizational financial strategy. This developmental role is intended to prepare the incumbent for succession to the CFO position.
