Coordinates district-wide employee training, e-learning curricula, LMS course creation and reporting, course evaluations, onboarding and orientation sessions, and employee recognition events. Supports instructional materials, training data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and logistics for monthly service award luncheons. The role requires a related bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience or equivalent internal analyst experience.

Develop, deploy, maintain, and support enterprise business applications using Microsoft Access, VBA, Power Platform, .NET, and relational databases. Modernize legacy applications into web solutions, create Power Apps and workflows, publish Power BI reports, and develop database components such as views, stored procedures, packages, functions, and complex SQL queries. The role also supports AI-driven development and integration using Microsoft Foundry or Copilot.

Manages internal audit staff and oversees operational, financial, IT, performance, compliance, advisory, and follow-up engagements. Develops risk assessments, audit scopes, work programs, budgets, and timelines; evaluates governance, controls, fraud risks, and evidence. Reviews audit reports and Board presentations, communicates findings and recommendations, supports annual audit planning, and ensures compliance with professional auditing standards. The role also supervises personnel and requires an active CPA, CIA, or CISA certification.
