Leads technical sales and application engineering support for marine, commercial, and industrial lubricants. Coaches and develops sales representatives, creates key account and regional sales plans, supports customer negotiations and business reviews, and drives product growth and profitability. Provides lubricant application expertise, technical training, plant studies, audits, product trials, and used oil analysis interpretation. Collaborates with marketing, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, and OEMs while maintaining technical documentation, customer relationships, safety compliance, and budget discipline.

Leads industrial oil flushing and chemical cleaning operations, including team development, project profitability, estimating, safety compliance, equipment sourcing, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role executes specialized lubrication, filtration, dehydration, varnish mitigation, and reservoir-cleaning projects as needed. It requires extensive industrial experience, knowledge of rotating equipment and piping systems, familiarity with ISO and API standards, P&ID interpretation, personnel management, and willingness to work flexible hours and travel to customer sites.

Build and support data pipelines, API integrations, n8n automation workflows, internal web applications, dashboards, and AI-enabled business tools. Use Python, SQL, PHP, Snowflake, AWS, and related technologies to connect enterprise systems, transform data, troubleshoot production issues, and improve process automation. Responsibilities include authentication, data quality validation, technical documentation, monitoring, and collaboration with business stakeholders across finance, operations, sales, and IT.
