Coaches and develops sales representatives, creates key account and regional sales plans, supports customer negotiations and business reviews, and drives product growth and profitability. Provides lubricant application expertise, technical training, plant studies, audits, product trials, and used oil analysis interpretation. Collaborates with marketing, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, and OEMs while maintaining technical documentation, customer relationships, safety compliance, and budget discipline.
