Embedded naval architect at FL shipyards supporting active vessel construction. Owns intact and damage stability analyses, leads inclining experiments, controls weight tracking, assesses production/design changes, resolves deckplate technical issues, reviews RFIs/NCRs and vendor deliverables, supports regulatory submittals (ABS, USCG, WSF), and readies vessels for trials. Requires on-site shipboard inspections and shipyard-facing communication.

Lead business development efforts in the DHS/DOW market (Fleet Maintenance, Shipbuilding, NAVSEA). Manage pipeline, identify and pursue opportunities, build client relationships, support capture/proposal teams, and drive revenue growth while reporting to COO/CEO. Requires strategic planning, attendance at industry events, and performance-driven sales leadership.
