Lead multi-discipline engineering teams to deliver shipboard design, modernization, and repair solutions ensuring compliance with ABS, NAVSEA, USCG, IEEE and company quality standards. Provide technical authority, review drawings and calculations, develop scopes/costs/schedules, perform shipboard assessments, drive continuous improvement, and mentor staff while supporting customer and regulatory interfaces.

Lead lofting and production definition to convert 3D shipbuilding models into fabrication-ready outputs (nest tapes, CNC data, plate expansions). Supervise lofting personnel, coordinate with engineering and production, ensure constructability and material optimization, resolve fabrication issues, and maintain lofting standards and configuration control to support schedule-driven shipyard construction.

Lead engineer for USCG Aegis-based combat system providing C4ISR subject-matter expertise, testing, shipboard design and systems integration, certification support (TEMPEST, IA, safety), troubleshooting, acquisition review, cost/procurement support, and coordination with SPAWAR and USCG program offices.
