Supports Coast Guard IBCT equipment procurement, repair, overhaul, and maintenance. Develops acquisition and technical documents, researches vendors, pricing, lead times, specifications, and replacement parts, and reviews inspection and condition reports. Uses supply-support systems to maintain technical data, track discrepancy and deficiency reports, assist with procurement and cost analysis, and advise item managers and contracting personnel. Requires expertise in shipboard HM&E and electronics equipment, government acquisition processes, technical standards, and procurement documentation.

Develops, validates, revises, and quality-controls Maintenance Procedure Cards for Coast Guard ship dry-dock and dockside maintenance. Interprets engineering drawings and technical publications, supports physical MPC validation and ship checks, researches technical information, participates in meetings, and delivers documentation to the Contracting Officer’s Representative. The role requires technical experience with marine Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical or electronics equipment, strong writing skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, U.S. citizenship, a background check, and a CAC.

Develop and support Time Compliance Technical Orders, Field Changes, and Engineering Changes for Coast Guard surface forces. Process and track Engineering Change Requests and Proposals, maintain project case files, and perform logistics management activities. The role requires technical knowledge of marine equipment, CASREPs, integrated logistics support plans, Coast Guard supply procedures, and provisioning. Duties also include independent research, technical writing, and use of Coast Guard logistics and Microsoft Office systems.
