Assess applications and infrastructure for cloud migration, plan and implement application and data migrations, and support AWS government environment design, deployment, maintenance, and resource management. Collaborate with security specialists to meet customer requirements and deliver scalable, high-performance cloud solutions. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and 60% onsite work in Suitland, Maryland.

Serves as the business-facing functional lead for Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service. Gathers requirements, maps processes, designs and configures solutions, leads workshops, supports testing and go-live, trains users, and drives adoption. Partners with Sales, Service, Operations, IT, system integrators, and Microsoft to ensure solutions meet business needs and recommends platform improvements.

Designs, implements, secures, and troubleshoots enterprise and cloud networking infrastructure for government programs. Responsibilities include configuring network hardware and AWS connectivity, developing secure architectures, conducting site surveys and installations, producing diagrams and technical documentation, supporting ATO documentation, and collaborating with customers, engineering, and cybersecurity teams. Occasional travel is required for site surveys, installations, and testing.
