Serves as the business-facing functional lead for Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service. Gathers requirements, maps processes, designs and configures solutions, leads workshops, supports testing and go-live, trains users, and drives adoption. Partners with Sales, Service, Operations, IT, system integrators, and Microsoft to ensure solutions meet business needs and recommends platform improvements.

Build and maintain scalable data infrastructure, pipelines, workflows, and large-scale data processing systems. Develop Python- and SQL-based solutions, integrate data from multiple sources, support machine learning model deployment and MLOps, monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders while documenting processes and applying data governance and security best practices.

Lead the design, integration, deployment, and customer delivery of custom RF test systems for aerospace and defense applications. Architect automated test software, drivers, and interfaces; participate in design reviews and pre-sales; support customer requirements through delivery. The role requires expertise with RF test equipment, ATE, SATCOM, and related systems, along with occasional customer-site travel and eligibility for security clearance.
