Teams at The Lutheran Home

Coordinates employee onboarding, orientation, training, workshops, leadership development, required education, and career-development initiatives. Partners with department leaders and Human Resources to identify training needs, improve onboarding, facilitate engaging learning experiences, review employee feedback, and support employee engagement and recognition. The role requires strong facilitation, organization, communication, relationship-building, and comfort with technology.
