Serve as the on-site HR point of contact for the New Albany mill, handling full-cycle onboarding/offboarding, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, employee relations, compliance tracking, local recruiting, and HR systems administration (ADP). Partners with production, maintenance, and capital projects teams on equipment installations, mill reconfigurations, modernization, commissioning, and documentation. Requires hands-on mill-floor work and extensive wood products manufacturing experience.

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of sawmill machinery including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, and power transmission. Read blueprints, conduct preventative maintenance, operate hoisting equipment, perform welding and bearing alignments, document repairs, and minimize downtime to support production.
