Own corporate IT for a distributed organization, including identity and access management, device fleet administration, SaaS licensing, endpoint security, vendor management, office networking, documentation, workflow automation, and hands-on site support. Establish scalable IT processes, manage budgets and headcount, guide junior support staff, and travel periodically to Seattle and Mississippi locations.

Designs and optimizes material flow, equipment layouts, production sequencing, and automation across sawmill and engineered wood facilities. Conducts bottleneck analysis, time studies, OEE analysis, capacity modeling, and lean improvement initiatives. Partners with production, maintenance, and capital projects teams on equipment installations, mill reconfigurations, modernization, commissioning, and documentation. Requires hands-on mill-floor work and extensive wood products manufacturing experience.
