The Senior Finance Analyst will support financial planning, labor forecasting, and performance reporting in a manufacturing setting, improving FP&A infrastructure and providing insights for productivity and growth.

Lead FP&A for mill operations including production and labor-to-production forecasting, inventory and supply planning finance, mill performance analytics, budgeting and cost tracking, and supporting operational decision-making with financial models and KPI analysis.

Lead design, optimization, and continuous improvement of mill material flow and equipment sequencing across sawmill, planer, and engineered wood facilities. Manage process engineering team, execute mill layouts, automation upgrades (scanning, PLCs, MES), time studies, line balancing, kiln-drying integration, and capital projects to maximize recovery, throughput, and efficiency.
