Manage IT asset lifecycle and laptop provisioning; handle system administration and user provisioning; support endpoint security and access management; build automations and documentation; troubleshoot office network, hardware, and software; partner with IT Infrastructure & Security Manager and support evolving operational needs. Must be onsite in Seattle four days weekly.

Lead hands-on process improvement and manufacturing engineering for modular sawmills: stabilize production, troubleshoot downtime and defects, optimize takt time and line balance, implement equipment/tooling/automation, run Kaizen/5S initiatives, enable new product introductions and scaling, and build production metrics to drive data-led operational improvements.

Lead design, optimization, and continuous improvement of mill material flow and equipment sequencing across sawmill, planer, and engineered wood facilities. Manage process engineering team, execute mill layouts, automation upgrades (scanning, PLCs, MES), time studies, line balancing, kiln-drying integration, and capital projects to maximize recovery, throughput, and efficiency.
