Supports hotel sales and events by managing group reservations, room blocks, billing, reporting, proposals, contracts, site tours, client communications, and day-of-event logistics. Plans and executes trade shows, including logistics, booth staffing, lead collection, and follow-up. Ensures seamless guest experiences while coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Oversee event contracts from signing through completion, ensuring accurate details, client satisfaction, guest experience, and successful execution. Build client relationships, upsell services, and manage event logistics professionally. During slower periods, prospect for new accounts and conduct sales outreach. Hotel or catering sales experience is required, while management or supervisory experience and a college degree are preferred.
