Provide full-cycle HR support including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance with federal/state laws, investigations, HRIS recordkeeping, employer branding, and training across multiple locations.

Oversee landscape, hardscape, and irrigation construction projects: manage crew leaders, scheduling, budgets, safety, training, equipment maintenance, vendor/subcontractor coordination, and reporting to leadership.

Lead field supervisors to deliver environmental contracting services, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, manage budgets and performance, support onboarding, maintain client relationships, spend significant time onsite (30-50%), and drive zero injuries, violations, and low turnover.

Manage environmental field service projects from scoping through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, safety, and quality. Coordinate teams, contractors, and clients; oversee project P&L, change orders, and post-project reviews; develop best practices and mentor staff while maintaining regulatory compliance and customer relationships.
