Oversees multiple landscape, hardscape, and irrigation construction projects from production through completion. Manages crew leaders, schedules, budgets, safety, equipment, suppliers, subcontractors, job-cost reporting, and quality standards. Develops training plans, trains and evaluates field crews, supports strategic planning and budgeting, and communicates project progress to company leadership. The role requires substantial fieldwork, physical labor, equipment oversight, and coordination across job sites.
