Oversee landscape, hardscape, and irrigation construction projects: manage crew leaders, scheduling, budgets, safety, training, equipment maintenance, vendor/subcontractor coordination, and reporting to leadership.

Lead field supervisors to deliver environmental contracting services, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, manage budgets and performance, support onboarding, maintain client relationships, spend significant time onsite (30-50%), and drive zero injuries, violations, and low turnover.
