Manages the hotel finance function, including night-audit review, sales and banking reports, guest and city ledger collections, adjustments, purchase orders, payroll, departmental forecasting, cash audits, and income audits. The role ensures accurate bookkeeping, financial controls, documentation, reconciliations, and timely reporting to head office and hotel leadership.

Serve as the first and last point of contact for guests at a luxury boutique hotel. Welcome and assist guests promptly, support a memorable stay, and coordinate effectively with other hotel departments. The role requires luxury hotel front-office experience, fluent English, strong communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional customer care, and teamwork.

Manage sales appointments, identify and develop business opportunities, and oversee key accounts to drive retention and engagement. Promote The LaLiT London and its products, generate new leads, build client relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets. The role requires commercial awareness, hospitality sales experience, strong communication, customer care, initiative, and familiarity with Sales and Catering Opera.
