Own an end-to-end community workstream: build member relationships, moderate and support members on the Braintrust, surface insights, design onboarding and events, curate content, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and partnerships to grow and retain executive-level members.

Drive new sponsorship revenue and manage the full partnership lifecycle: prospecting, relationship cultivation, renewals, and upsells. Maintain pipeline and CRM hygiene, create executive sales collateral, lead negotiations, and collaborate with Partner Success to onboard and scale partners. Contribute to AI-driven automations and agent workflows to enhance partner experience.

Lead content planning and editorial operations for member, sponsor, and prospect communications. Build and execute GTM campaigns, email lifecycle and re-engagement flows, repurpose content into thought leadership and demand-gen assets, test and analyze performance, and manage contractors and cross-functional stakeholders to meet KPIs and brand voice.

Lead organic social and content strategy (primarily LinkedIn), produce and optimize SEO-driven blog and web content, manage digital PR and podcast outreach, create multi-format marketing materials, monitor organic performance and report insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to support launches and growth.
