Lead and build Jay's inaugural Trusts & Estates practice: manage client engagements end-to-end, codify workflows and standards for an AI-enabled firm, shape productized offerings, recruit and mentor attorneys, and ensure professional responsibility across high-volume and multi-state work.

Provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice across the product development lifecycle. Partner with Product, Engineering, Privacy, and Go-to-Market teams to address intellectual property, software licensing, open-source compliance, privacy, AI, and regulatory issues. Support new product initiatives, enable innovation while managing legal risk, and translate complex legal concepts into actionable guidance for technical and business stakeholders.
