Manufacture and repair tools, gauges, and machine components to blueprint tolerances. Set up and operate manual and CNC equipment, inspect parts using precision instruments, perform welding/fabrication, troubleshoot machines, maintain supplies and equipment, compute part cost estimates, and train backup operators while following safety procedures.

Support Director of EHS to drive occupational safety in ammunition manufacturing. Manage OSHA/PSM/EOS compliance, industrial hygiene (air sampling, monitoring, calibration), safety training, inspections, incident investigations, PPE issuance, and safety review of procedures and equipment. Conduct audits and support emergency response and regulatory reporting.

Lead and execute capital and non-capital manufacturing projects: design and develop equipment/processes, introduce new products, improve tooling, reduce costs, troubleshoot production, perform FMEAs, and manage supplier/material qualification.

Lead development and optimization of high-volume steel processing operations including heat treatment, annealing/tempering, and steel forming/drawing. Recommend and evaluate furnaces and forming equipment, troubleshoot material and metallurgical issues, partner with vendors/consultants, and develop internal standards to improve process consistency and quality.
