Use lived experience to mentor, coach, co-facilitate groups, support job development and workplace retention, collaborate with employment specialists and treatment teams, complete intakes and documentation, perform outreach, and connect participants to community resources.

The Employment Specialist supports individuals with disabilities in their employment journey, including assessments, job development, training, and benefits navigation. They collaborate with various professionals and advocate for job seekers, ensuring they receive holistic services for achieving and maintaining meaningful employment.

The Janitorial Site Supervisor oversees janitorial operations, provides leadership to staff, ensures quality service, manages inventory, and communicates with clients. They perform hands-on custodial work as necessary.
