Provides strategic and operational leadership across workforce development, community employment initiatives, contract operations, and assigned business lines. Owns revenue growth, profitability, budgets, compliance, service quality, employer and community partnerships, and performance improvement. Supervises managers, develops operating plans, oversees multi-location contracts, strengthens employment outcomes, and ensures financial sustainability across a portfolio of approximately $7 million to $15 million.

The Director of Finance leads daily finance operations, including accounting, budgeting, reporting, cash management, payroll coordination, audits, compliance, and internal controls. The role supports the CFO and executive leadership with financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic decision-making. It supervises Finance Department staff, coordinates audits and regulatory reporting, oversees Medicaid, DDS, grant, and contract compliance, and drives improvements to financial systems, processes, and organizational fiscal stewardship.

The Peer Support Specialist provides employment support using personal recovery experiences, helping individuals explore job opportunities, build resilience, and maintain employment in a community-based environment.
