Supports an afterschool program for elementary-age children by assisting with education assignments, curriculum, programming, social engagement, scheduling, family communication, and group-space setup. Substitutes for group leaders as needed, provides logistical support, maintains relationships with children and families, and follows required ODJFS procedures and trainings.

Welcomes members, guests, and visitors; verifies memberships; maintains membership records; processes sales and balances cash; answers telephone and general inquiries; promotes programs; receives deliveries; supports emergency call triage; and provides administrative backup while delivering friendly, accurate customer service.

Leads all aspects of Camp Hoover’s summer day-camp operations, including camper wellbeing, staff hiring and development, programming, safety, schedules, facilities, certifications, and regulatory compliance. Builds relationships with families and community partners to support recruitment and retention, while contributing to year-round children’s programming. Requires outdoor work, extended seasonal hours, occasional weekend engagement, and travel between camp and JCC locations.
