Provide administrative and operational support for catering and events, manage client communications, prepare proposals/contracts/BEOs, coordinate with operational departments, process deposits and invoices, maintain client and event records, support event execution and post-event reconciliation, and uphold luxury brand standards.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and stewarding areas, wash and store dishware and equipment, assist with banquet setup/breakdown, manage waste and supplies, ensure equipment operation and follow safety/sanitation procedures to support Culinary and Food & Beverage service.

Supervise daily reservations operations, train and support reservations agents, manage incoming bookings and group blocks, reconcile OTAs and travel agent commissions, monitor interfacing systems, assist revenue reporting and front desk duties, and ensure high standards of guest service.

Prepare and present high-quality cold banquet items (salads, sandwiches, hors d'oeuvres, sauces, dressings, platters). Support banquet prep, maintain cleanliness, follow production schedules and food-safety standards, assist setup/breakdown, and collaborate with chefs and banquet staff to ensure timely service for events.
