Plan and release warehouse waves in Manhattan WMS, research and resolve order issues, reconcile shipments, manage carrier documentation, and ensure packages meet labeling and cutoff requirements. The role also involves shipping software, inventory reconciliation, printer troubleshooting, cross-functional communication, safety compliance, and maintaining accurate end-of-day reporting.

Leads operational performance across a multi-site fulfillment network spanning four facilities. Owns operating strategy, service, cost, labor productivity, safety, quality, margin, capacity planning, and peak readiness. Directs Site Directors and Process Engineering, establishes KPI cadences, launches new facilities, partners on WMS and automation initiatives, and develops leadership succession. Requires extensive multi-site fulfillment or 3PL leadership, P&L or margin ownership, greenfield launch experience, engineered labor standards expertise, and 25–40% travel.

Supports warehouse operations and client services by administering orders, monitoring WMS workflows, troubleshooting issues, preparing reports and documentation, and assisting with billing and purchase orders. Provides operational support with picking, packing, kitting, and shipping during capacity gaps. Maintains communication across Operations, Client Services, IT, and WMS support while contributing to process improvements and SOP updates.
