Supports warehouse operations and client services by administering orders, monitoring WMS workflows, troubleshooting issues, preparing reports and documentation, and assisting with billing and purchase orders. Provides operational support with picking, packing, kitting, and shipping during capacity gaps. Maintains communication across Operations, Client Services, IT, and WMS support while contributing to process improvements and SOP updates.

Provide administrative support to warehouse operations and client services: monitor WMS order flow, troubleshoot order and printing issues, handle documentation and billing (manifests/invoices), schedule inbound shipments, assist with picking/packing/shipping during capacity gaps, and communicate with Ops, Client Services, and IT to resolve issues and update SOPs.

Act as the client liaison and lead project execution from kickoff to completion. Manage reporting, daily KPIs, order processing, and regular business reviews. Develop standard procedures and timelines, respond to client requests, solve problems, and identify opportunities to add value.

Manage daily processing and release of waves through the WMS, configure and monitor wave automations, prepare DC work, troubleshoot order/WMS flow issues, support WMS enhancements and testing, produce Qlik reports, develop WMS procedures and documentation, lead system projects, mentor wave planners, and coordinate with client services and operations to meet customer requirements.
