The role also involves shipping software, inventory reconciliation, printer troubleshooting, cross-functional communication, safety compliance, and maintaining accurate end-of-day reporting.

Leads operational performance across a multi-site fulfillment network spanning four facilities. Owns operating strategy, service, cost, labor productivity, safety, quality, margin, capacity planning, and peak readiness. Directs Site Directors and Process Engineering, establishes KPI cadences, launches new facilities, partners on WMS and automation initiatives, and develops leadership succession. Requires extensive multi-site fulfillment or 3PL leadership, P&L or margin ownership, greenfield launch experience, engineered labor standards expertise, and 25–40% travel.
