Oversees accurate records, work-order closure, issue escalation, and collaboration across accounting, sales, IT, service operations, customers, and technicians. Drives continuous process improvement, requirements gathering, testing, training, and automation while managing employees and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Prospect into complex hospital, health system, surgery center, and imaging center accounts through outbound and inbound efforts. Qualify leads, conduct discovery, engage senior stakeholders, and generate qualified pipeline for healthcare technology and maintenance services. Refine sales sequences and playbooks, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership, maintain CRM data quality, report pipeline performance, and provide market intelligence on healthcare regulations and clinical engineering services.

Lead full sales cycle for InterMed's services and products, develop and execute strategic territory sales plans, build relationships with senior healthcare decision-makers, respond to RFPs, negotiate and close deals, and support marketing and product development efforts to grow revenue and market share.

Lead full sales cycle for healthcare services and products, build executive-level client relationships, develop strategic territory and corporate sales plans, respond to RFPs, drive revenue growth, and support product/market planning. Frequent travel and field work required.

Provide national technical leadership for sterilizers and other biomedical modalities: develop standardized maintenance procedures, manage repairs and PM scheduling, support and train field technicians, ensure compliance reporting, assist with complex service calls, work with supply chain and design support programs to maximize uptime and customer satisfaction.
