Serve as a strategic member of executive leadership overseeing financial stewardship, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, grants and contract compliance, audits, risk management, and financial reporting. Partner with the Executive Director and Board to align resources with mission, present financials and forecasts, and drive long-term fiscal sustainability for the organization.

Provide assessment, service planning, short-term counseling, crisis intervention, referrals, and linkages to benefits and treatment for unhoused clients. Manage caseloads, document clinical records, coordinate transportation and outreach, and work toward client stabilization and connection to safe, affordable housing.

Provide assessment, service planning, short-term counseling and referrals for guests with substance use concerns; manage caseloads, coordinate treatment and housing linkages, document clinical records, perform crisis intervention, and assist with transportation and outreach to support client stabilization and housing.
