Lead the company-wide quality engineering agenda by establishing test-driven practices, designing testing strategies and automation, defining release-readiness standards, improving quality metrics, and partnering across engineering, support, and sales. The role combines hands-on quality engineering with strategic influence, customer advocacy, risk management, and culture change across distributed technology teams.

Maintain cluster health and service availability for a large-scale data analytics platform. Provide rotational 24/7 support, troubleshoot distributed systems, databases, performance issues, and server hardware, and develop scripts and tools to resolve customer issues and improve support infrastructure. Help establish and grow the European support team while collaborating cross-functionally and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

The Regional Sales Executive will close new enterprise business, expand existing customer deployments, build relationships with multiple IT account stakeholders, and exceed sales quotas. The role requires enterprise IT sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, disciplined activity planning, and the ability to leverage the company’s Microsoft relationship. Experience selling end-user computing, IT asset management, IT service management, desktop virtualization, or desktop management solutions is advantageous.
