Design and implement behavior interventions and ensure regulatory compliance (OMH). Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individual behavior plans, collect and analyze behavior data, train and mentor staff, support ABA systems, collaborate with families, and participate in on-call and program improvement activities.

Plan, implement, and document individualized therapeutic recreation programs for children in a residential facility. Complete standardized assessments, develop goals, track progress, lead group activities and community integration, provide staff training, attend treatment meetings, and maintain program budgets and supplies.

Support classroom teacher by reinforcing lesson plans, adapting materials, supervising students, assisting with documentation, promoting social and developmental growth, and occasionally covering the class. Maintain safety, infection control, and mandated reporting.

Supervise residential program staff and operations to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. Implement treatment plans, oversee training and hiring, manage budgets and compliance, participate in crisis on-call coverage, conduct observations and drills, coordinate family visits, and engage in quality improvement and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Provide licensed nursing care for children in a residential/behavioral setting: admission assessments, vitals monitoring, medication administration and coordination with physicians, documentation, chart reviews, QA/QI participation, on-call duties, and support for departmental functions and staff. Maintain supplies, infection control, and assist with employee health screenings.

Conduct psychoeducational, academic, and cognitive evaluations for residential students; develop FBAs and BIPs with treatment teams; consult with clinical and educational staff; participate in CSE and educational planning; provide crisis counseling and staff in-service training; contribute to quality improvement.
