Develops, implements, and documents individualized therapeutic recreation programs for children and youth in a residential facility. Conducts assessments, creates treatment goals, tracks progress, participates in clinical treatment planning, trains direct-care staff, coordinates activities and equipment, supports specialized therapies, manages recreation budgets, and contributes to quality improvement. Requires occasional schedule adjustments for community integration events, including evenings and weekends.

Supervise a residential youth program, staff, treatment-plan implementation, safety, compliance, budgets, training, and crisis response. The role coordinates with clinical, educational, psychiatric, and family services; supports trauma-informed care; conducts staff and resident meetings; investigates incidents; manages hiring and onboarding; monitors quality improvement; and provides direct child care and staff observation during scheduled and unannounced visits.

Supports classroom instruction and management under a lead teacher at Tilton School. Reinforces lesson plans, adapts materials, completes documentation, supervises students, supports individual needs, and may lead the class when the teacher is absent. The role emphasizes nurturing relationships, child development, mandated reporting, infection control, student safety, and collaboration with educators and staff.

Provides clinical behavior support for youth in a residential treatment setting. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior plans, analyzing behavioral data, supporting trauma-informed and evidence-based care, training and mentoring staff, ensuring OMH and regulatory compliance, documenting services, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, and participating in on-call duties.

Provides day-to-day leadership and supervision for Preventive Services Case Planners. Oversees caseloads, case documentation, safety and permanency planning, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, staff development, and complex case consultation. Partners with county DSS, families, schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies to coordinate services and support timely case progress. The role includes case conferences, audits, hiring activities, on-call supervisory support, and travel for home and community visits.

Provides trauma-informed, holistic clinical services to children and families in a residential treatment setting. Responsibilities include assessments, individual, family, and group therapy; treatment planning; crisis support; case coordination; discharge and reunification planning; clinical documentation; court testimony; interdisciplinary collaboration; and participation in on-call, training, supervision, and quality-improvement activities.

Provide licensed nursing care for children in a residential/behavioral setting: admission assessments, vitals monitoring, medication administration and coordination with physicians, documentation, chart reviews, QA/QI participation, on-call duties, and support for departmental functions and staff. Maintain supplies, infection control, and assist with employee health screenings.
