Supports classroom instruction and management under a lead teacher at Tilton School. Reinforces lesson plans, adapts materials, completes documentation, supervises students, supports individual needs, and may lead the class when the teacher is absent. The role emphasizes nurturing relationships, child development, mandated reporting, infection control, student safety, and collaboration with educators and staff.

Provides clinical behavior support for youth in a residential treatment setting. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior plans, analyzing behavioral data, supporting trauma-informed and evidence-based care, training and mentoring staff, ensuring OMH and regulatory compliance, documenting services, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, and participating in on-call duties.

Provides day-to-day leadership and supervision for Preventive Services Case Planners. Oversees caseloads, case documentation, safety and permanency planning, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, staff development, and complex case consultation. Partners with county DSS, families, schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies to coordinate services and support timely case progress. The role includes case conferences, audits, hiring activities, on-call supervisory support, and travel for home and community visits.
