Supervise and evaluate foster care case planners; ensure development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized service plans for children and families. Oversee intake, service-plan reviews, 72-hour and transfer processes, documentation, staff meetings, hiring participation, utilization and performance improvement, and serve in the foster care on-call rotation.

Lead the organization's finance function including accounting, reporting, budgeting, treasury, revenue cycle, payroll (Paycom), audits, insurance, purchasing, grants/contracts, and internal controls. Advise CEO and board on financial strategy, manage finance teams, oversee financial reporting and regulatory compliance, and partner with COO, HR, IT, and program leaders to support organizational financial sustainability and decision-making.

Design and implement behavior interventions and ensure regulatory compliance (OMH). Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individual behavior plans, collect and analyze behavior data, train and mentor staff, support ABA systems, collaborate with families, and participate in on-call and program improvement activities.
