Leads strategic Focus Areas from planning through execution, translating priorities into timelines, deliverables, and accountability. Coordinates cross-functional teams across policy, communications, marketing, development, government relations, and events; removes obstacles, drives decisions, and tracks performance. Maintains dashboards, reports risks and results to senior leadership, supports audience engagement, and applies lessons learned to improve future initiatives.

Supports talent management, compensation administration, onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, HRIS maintenance, workforce reporting, and employee and manager requests. Prepares offer letters, facilitates orientation, maintains employee and organizational data, produces compensation and workforce reports, and creates basic dashboards and analyses. The role also supports internships, organizational updates, special projects, and cross-functional People Operations initiatives while ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and responsive service.

The Policy Advisor informs policy positions, develops legislative solutions, conducts research, engages in public speaking, and advises on China and Indo-Pacific issues.
