Manages The Hans Foundation’s Swasthya Cities interventions in Mumbai, overseeing program implementation, stakeholder coordination, team leadership, reporting, budgeting, procurement, monitoring, and compliance. The role develops partnerships with government, corporates, CSR teams, and foundations; supports resource mobilization; prepares proposals and program plans; supervises project teams and partner organizations; and ensures effective delivery, financial management, branding, and progress toward social development goals.

Manages administrative operations, office supplies, facilities, assets, budgets, travel arrangements, and records. Leads procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor coordination, inventory monitoring, contract documentation, compliance, purchasing analysis, and cost optimization. Supports communication among management, staff, vendors, and other departments while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and resolving operational issues.

Manages an early childhood development and neurorehabilitation project, coordinating AIIMS, THF, staff, donors, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include project planning, progress reporting, team supervision, conflict resolution, data and SOP review, finance and administration, procurement, vendor management, and organizing awareness camps, training, and exposure visits. The role also supervises sensitive disability-related cases and supports project performance evaluation and policy recommendations.

Manage an early childhood development and neurorehabilitation project, including planning, budgets, deadlines, reporting, stakeholder coordination, team leadership, data review, staff performance, procurement, vendor management, and awareness activities. The role coordinates between The Hans Foundation, AIIMS, project staff, donors, and authorities while overseeing sensitive disability-related cases and ensuring effective project implementation.

Coordinates block-level project implementation, field teams, government and community stakeholders. Develops action plans, supports training and capacity building, mobilizes communities for forest-fire preparedness and response, monitors project progress, conducts field visits, collects reports and case studies, and assists with team attendance and coordination.

Coordinates field implementation of Mobile Medical Unit activities in Sambalpur, including stakeholder engagement, community mobilization, government compliance, surveys, monitoring, reporting, team support, GPS tracking, and extensive field supervision across rural areas.

Manage end-to-end implementation of the Hans Wellness Centre project across Delhi NCR, including planning, timelines, budgets, procurement, team leadership, stakeholder coordination, monitoring, reporting, compliance, risk management, and quality improvement.
