Provides nursing care at a primary health center, including patient monitoring, medication administration, maternal and child healthcare, emergency support, referrals, health education, community outreach, infection control, documentation, and coordination with medical officers and frontline health workers.

Prepares, dispenses, labels, and monitors medicines; reviews prescriptions for appropriateness and legality; provides medication guidance and basic medical assistance; maintains pharmacy, inventory, patient, and controlled-medication records; follows applicable regulations; coordinates with healthcare personnel; and supports mobile outpatient clinics, health camps, and emergencies.
