Collects, enters, verifies, and manages health program data from Health and Wellness Centres. Maintains accurate digital and physical records, prepares periodic reports, dashboards, charts, and summaries, and supports data quality audits. Coordinates with frontline health staff to resolve discrepancies and follow up on submissions. The role also supports documentation, review meetings, training, field verification visits, confidentiality, and compliance with approved data management procedures.

Leads THF’s organizational communications strategy, content creation, media relations, public relations, social media, digital engagement, thought leadership, crisis communications, events, fundraising communications, and brand consistency. The role develops multi-channel campaigns, manages stakeholders and external agencies, tracks performance analytics, maintains communication systems, and mentors junior staff while ensuring messaging aligns with THF’s mission and impact.

Assists the IT Manager with IT strategy, infrastructure management, technical support, system and network administration, data security, disaster recovery, and IT project delivery. Leads IT staff, manages vendors and budgets, conducts audits, develops policies, supports departments, and reports on IT performance. The role also includes database administration, Power BI usage, and travel to project locations across multiple states.
