Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, negotiations, and recruitment reporting. Maintain personnel files, leave and attendance records, payroll data, employee paperwork, and HR MIS. Support employee relations, training calendars, onboarding, exits, final settlements, and general HR administration while coordinating with managers, staff, accountants, vendors, and consultants.

Dispense and administer medications according to physician prescriptions, maintain pharmacy inventory and records, verify prescription legality, counsel patients, assist with basic medical services, and support mobile outpatient clinics, health camps, emergencies, and healthcare coordination in underserved rural communities.

Supports clinic operations for school students by maintaining hygiene, assisting with safe service delivery, managing queues, tracking consent forms, collecting feedback, and conducting home visits as directed. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality, organization, Hindi communication skills, and collaboration with medical officers, psychologists, project managers, and school staff.
