Lead full‑stack development across value streams, set technical direction for an Azure-based stack, design solutions with Architecture, mentor engineers, manage Azure infrastructure (Kubernetes, Service Bus, APIM, Key Vault) with IaC, and drive best practices such as TDD, SOLID, event-driven design and DevSecOps.

Analyze digital performance data in GA4, translate findings into actionable insights, and build dashboards and recurring reports for Ecommerce, Marketing, Product, and CRM teams. Monitor data quality, investigate tracking issues, collaborate on analytics implementations, and support improvements to website conversion, member acquisition, revenue, and customer behavior reporting across web and mobile app channels.

Analyzes gym trading performance, membership acquisition and retention, location performance, product performance, and member behavior. Builds dashboards and reports, answers ad hoc commercial questions, scopes analysis, and presents actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role supports strategic growth, investment, customer experience, and operational decision-making across the business.
